hello official, I bought dyson airwrap online on 22.07.2024. I myself was on holiday abroad. I returned to Italy on 04.09.2024 and opened the dyson box to use it for the first time on 10.09.2024. Unfortunately it has never been used before, the new dyson immediately gave a red light warning and never starts. The red light is constantly flashing. I read on the original Dyson website that I needed to clean the filter, and I watched the video. I have cleaned the filter many times and it never works. I didn't call customer service because I don't speak Italian. I request you to find me a solution urgently. dyson number: T4M-EU-SFK8822B

Dear Andrea, ı called the customer service several times. At the end one of your colleague send me an email about DHL delivery label.She said on phone, one of DHL worker will come and take this machine from my home on 18.09.2024. I waited at home all day but noone came. I was not surprised. I lost all my trust to the Dyson brand.I don’t know how this problem will solve. I am tired, sad and angry about this issue.
