I am writing to seek assistance with the return process for my recent purchase, as I have encountered several challenges in completing it.

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap during my visit to Italy, expecting delivery within 24 hours as advertised. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered before my departure from the country. I initiated a return request and have received a confirmation email but cannot locate the return label necessary to proceed.

The device has been left with a hotel staff member for safekeeping, and I hope to arrange the return process remotely. However, being outside Italy and not fluent in the language has made this quite complicated. I have attempted to contact Dyson via phone and WhatsApp, but I have yet to receive a response.

Questions:

  1. Could you provide clear instructions on how to proceed with the return, including where I can find the return label?
  2. Will DHL or another courier service be arranging a pickup, or do I need to organize the shipment to your service center personally?
